Magical season

This isn’t the first year I’m skipping the Christmas tree. I want to keep things simple and cozy this season, without too much hectic preparation. I’m focusing more on quality time. While I love buying ready-made decorations, making my own always feels extra special. I enjoy a bit of fuss when it comes to handmade creations. This year, I made some wonderful dark brown paper stars to complement the gold stars I already had.

I also love wrapping presents and adding a personal touch with handmade tags or cards. Making these tags—especially the nutcracker design—has been so much fun. This winter, I’ve developed a special fondness for nutcrackers.

I’ve also made some beautiful big ribbed velvet fabric ribbons, a vintage collar, and a stocking to go with the rest of my décor, along with many other little bits to bring the season to life.
