Just a note

I hope you are having a lovely Sunday. I'm happy because I finally had the chance to go outside and enjoy some long walks. Oh,it feels good to have fresh air and pretty weather. But enough of that for now!

I have a new card I would like to share with you all. A cute one I made using stamps from : Altenew, Concord & 9th and Clearly Besotted.

I really adore this cute frog.Such a pretty design!

I would like to thank you for stopping by and for checking my cards and posts! I hope you get inspired to try something different and if you have questions, please let me know in the comments below. You can also find me on Instagram.

Have a great day!

Hello friend

It's been awhile ... I finally managed to get crafty again. If you follow me for my cardmaking and other papercrafts, then I hope today's card will make you smile.

I made a promise to myself, to use the stash I have and to take a break from buying new supplies. For today's card I used a mix of supplies from Tonic Studios.

I really like the result. Pretty simple and cute. If you have any questions, please let me know in the comments below. Until next time, stay safe and well! Have a great day!

Happy Easter

The situation is pretty much the same. Lockdown and many restrictions in my country, but this will not stop us from celebrating Easter. I can't meet my brothers and my loved ones, but I will get to spend these days with my parents, nephews and neice.

I can't wait to eat the yummy Easter meals. But you know how important is to have a pretty display when you set the table for a special moment / holiday . I had some green and orange/yellow fabric in my stash and I found the great opportunity to create some fabric carrots for my Easter/ Spring decor.

They are so super easy to make. I will probably look for some red fabric and make some mini mushrooms. What do you think?

For the faux hay I used kraft cardstock and my Tonic Studios paper trimmer. Love that look!
That's all for today! I hope you get inspired to try something new! Let me know if you have any questions.

Stay safe!

Ruffled sleeves + U P D A T E

First of all, I would like to say that I'm doing ok. As you know, the world is going through some rough challenges and I'm following the rules to keep myself safe and the ones around me. I spent the last 4 weeks at home and I will continue doing it,because my country is on lockdown. We have very strict rules and we can't do anything about it. Just wait...

I try to keep myself busy in a creative way and sewing is helping these days. I'm self taught seamstress and I like trying new things. I recently tried doing some embroidery...NOT BAD! But I need extra patience for that.

I also made some aprons for my neice Sofia and for my sister in law. But I'm super proud with my latest creation...

For this I used a men's shirt to create a new style. I love the look of ruffled sleeves and this shirt is just perfect for this project. I changed the design of the collar, trimmed the sleeves, added the ruffled edge and adjusted the length of the shirt. I love the result and I can't wait to wear it! I miss walking and enjoying pretty views!

I hope you enjoy today's post. Take care and hope to ''see you '' next time with better news. Hugs!
