Blackberry cupcakes


Morning blogcreatures,

I like sweets and soft cakes , but not super creamy ones! If you've been here for a while, then you would know, that I love cupcakes. I really had big appetite for blackberry cupcakes. AH! So yummy!


The recipe is really easy and it will make 12 cupcakes. I still need to find a bigger tray for my cupcakes!

You will need:
  • 200g flour
    130g sugar

    80g butter
    150g blackberry jam
    140ml milk
    2 eggs
    1 pinch of salt
    5g baking powder
     
 few drops of vanilla essence 
 How to:
  •  In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.Add eggs, one at a time, and the milk,mixing until incorporated.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the flour mixture bit by bit into the creamy mixture. Add the blackberry jam and slowly mix everything together. . Don't over mix!
  • Place the mixture into the cupcake tray, half full and bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Poate o sa impartasesti si reteta cremei?! :) Daca vrei, pe emag am vazut tavi cu 12 locuri pentru cupcakes sau poti cumpara forme de silicon si sa le aseszi intr-o tava normala (asa fac eu) ... Incap 20 de forme ... Oricum, abia astept sa le incerc :) ... Mersi de reteta :*

  3. Thanks! Mie imi place tava metalica ( am avut de silicon si nu ma impac bine cu ele) Pt crema am folosit reteta cea mai simpla. Spuma de bezea: zahar, albus, varf de sare si vanilie ( poti sa pui colorant alimentar sau pasta de la dulceata concentrata). Nu-mi place cea facuta cu unt si zahar pudra.

  4. Nici mie nu-mi place clasica buttercream... Mult prea dulce pentru gustul meu... As vrea sa incerc Swiss Meringue Buttercream; din cate am inteles nu e asa dulce... Ma gandesc ca pot inlocui gemul de mure cu gem de caise in cupcakes (bineinteles, nu vor mai fi blackberry cupcakes :)) )?! Pastrez cantitatea, asa-i? Mersi,,,

    1. Eu am prostul obicei de a nu pastra regulile la retete. Mereu pun mai mult sau putin, asa dupa cum cred ca e mai ok pentru mine. Insa daca vrei , atunci poti sa urmezi direct gramajul. Mie imi place crema de bezea ca o pot aroma cum vreau eu, desi contine zahar destul de mult. Insa ce nu fac eu niciodata e sa pun prea mult zahar in deserturi. Prefer crema sa fie mai dulce.
